“Handwrite” from toolbox. Use mouse or handwriting tablet to use handwriting
function.

Using InfoPen Outlook Express Version as an example, there are two ways to
run InfoPen:
(1) Select “Start” menuà “Programs”→ “InfoPen Outlook Express Version”→ “InfoPen”
(2) Select InfoPen Outlook Express shortcut at Desktop
You may also select “Auto run InfoPen once windows started” from Options,
like the following picture.
